East Bierley 1st XI v Morley
The first team defeated Morley by 24 runs to register their first win of the season which enabled them to climb off the bottom of the table.

Off spinners Jack Dyson (4-35) and Danny Cross (2-25) bowled economically to bowl out Morley for 172.

Tom Burton (40) top scored in our innings of 196 as runs were shared across the batsman.

East Bierley 2nd XI v Morley
An opening stand of 134 between Dan Abbott (93) and Ross Monaghan (55) setup the East Bierley innings for a nine-run victory against Morley. Paul Martin continued his fine form and boosted our total towards the end with 51 as we posted 224-5.

A quick fire 37 from the Morley opener didn't stop the lads from executing a well timed victory as we bowled Morley out for 215. Ross Monaghan (4-49) and Wayne Robinson (3-35) were Bierley’s key bowlers.
