The u11s defeated Great Horton Church on Sunday morning int he Ernest Jones Trophy Final.

Great Horton won the toss and chose to bat.

An excellent innings from a Great Horton Batter scoring 62 helped Great Horton post a 1st innings score of 140/5.

In reply East Bierley were always up with the run rate but the loss of wickets was potentially going to be the issue. At 91-6 with 50 runs needed to win you could argue Great Horton were the favourites.

But an excellent partnership between Dylan Hoyle and Khalil Rehman saw us over the line with 7 balls remaining.

The victory means the u11s finished unbeaten for the 2025 season, an incredible feat.
