Important information to all of those lucky enough to have secured tickets for our amazing bonfire evening on ?Friday 7th November 2025!?

Please take a moment to read through the following:
? Event Timings
Gates open: 5:00pm
Bonfire lit: 6:00pm
Fireworks display: 8:00pm

?️ Entry
On arrival, please have your email confirmation ready to show at the gate to help our volunteers with a smooth check-in process.

? Food & Drink
We’re delighted to welcome back the fantastic Paddy’s by Pizza 22! Located in the car park, alongside a BBQ run by the EBCC junior section!
Our amazing tea ladies will once again be serving delicious pie and peas in the tea room! Also, don't miss out on the sweet stall and light-up stall in the car park throughout the evening!

?️ Raffles & Payments
There will be various raffles during the evening— please support where possible! All stalls will be accepting cash or card.

? Facilities
Toilets are available in the club house, down at our changing rooms and additional portaloos have been brought in, available at the side of the car park.

? Event Photography
We’re thrilled to have the lovely Poppy from joining us again to capture the fun! Don’t hesitate to ask her for a photo with your friends and family! After the event, we’ll share a link where you can download your picture. www.poppy-janephotography.co.uk

? Parking & Travel
Please note that no parking will be available on-site, and village spaces are limited. Please take into consideration so we do not impact our neighbours.

?️ Ground Access
Yes you can go on the cricket outfield! Please wear appropriate footwear. Please do not go past the green mesh.
